    Each session is 60 minutes!

  • Where do the sessions take place?

    All sessions take place at 264 Dore Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, which is a wonderful fitness/dance space. If you would prefer an alternate location, rental cost would be your responsibility and travel fees may apply depending on location.

  • How long do the packages last?

    Each package expires 3 months after purchase.

  • Can I book a session if I have no fitness experience?

    Of course! Anyone is welcome to start their fitness journey. You will be guided through each exercise with adjustments to ensure good form and safety.

  • Should I eat before my session?

    It is important to have a light meal or snack about 1 hour before to fuel yourself for your workout.

  • What kind of equipment would be provided during the training?

    Workouts may consist of an adjustable bench, adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, ladders, and mats depending on your routine.
